Qualified Boilermaker
About the Role:
Reporting to the Workshop Manager, you will be responsible for interpreting technical drawings, fabricating structural steel components, and welding to Australian Standards.
You will play a key role in ensuring projects transition smoothly through fabrication and into construction, maintaining best practice and quality workmanship at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
* Interpret and work from technical drawings
* Fabricate and assemble structural steel components
* Weld to Australian Standards
* Maintain high quality workmanship
* Work to deadlines and production schedules
* Uphold safety and continuous improvement standards
‍
About You:
* Certificate III in Engineering (Fabrication Trade)
* Experience in the Structural Steel Industry (highly regarded)
* Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings
* Strong work ethic and motivation
* Excellent time management and communication skills
* Commitment to safety and continuous improvement
* Ability to take ownership and see the bigger picture

Apprentice Boilermaker
About the Role:
Join our progressive team as a Boilermaker Apprentice and develop your fabrication and welding skills within a structured and supportive environment.
Reporting to the Workshop Manager, you will receive ongoing training while learning to fabricate and weld structural steel to Australian Standards.
No prior experience is required — just the right attitude.

About You:
* Genuine interest in fabrication and structural steel
* Willingness to learn and develop new skills
* Reliable, punctual and committed
* Good communication skills
* Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines
* Technical plan reading and construction knowledge (advantage but not essential)
