About the Role

We are seeking Riggers, Dogmen, and Structural Steel Installers to join our growing team. You’ll be working on a wide range of projects including schools, factories, warehouses, stadiums, and residential developments across Adelaide.In this hands-on role, you will:

* Lift, position, and secure structural steel components

* Work with cranes, rigging gear, ropes, and specialised tools

* Follow detailed plans while maintaining a strong focus on safety

* Collaborate closely with an experienced and supportive team on site

This role suits people who enjoy physical work, teamwork, and seeing a structure come together from the ground up.Experience in Carpentry, Formwork, Concreting, Civil Construction, Bricklaying, or similar trades will be highly regarded and can support faster progression.

* Working at Heights Preferred (but not essential)

* Dogging Ticket

* Basic / Intermediate / Advanced Rigging

* EWP Ticket

* Boom Lift (over 11m)
