Do you want to build steel structures for schools, factories, warehouses, stadiums, or residential homes? As a
Rigger, Dogman, or Structural Steel Installer, you’ll play a key role in assembling and securing these structures on
construction sites. Using cranes, ropes, and specialised tools, you’ll lift, position, and fix steel components safely and
accurately. It’s a hands-on role that values teamwork, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to safety – perfect
for those looking to start or grow their career in construction.
Experience in Carpentry, Formwork, Concreting, Civil Work, Bricklaying or similar trades will be a great

We are looking for Experienced and New starters to the trade

• Full time job security, penalties included
• Hourly rate (depends on experience): $32 – $45
• Career progression within an expanding company
• Work life balance Mon - Fri, with additional hours available

Licence/Certification:

* Following licenses and tickets would be an advantage but not limited to:

• White Card (Required)
• Working at Heights (Required)
• Dogging Ticket (Preferred)
• Basic, Intermediate or Advanced Rigging Ticket (Preferred)
• Elevated Working Platform (EWP) Ticket (Preferred)
• Boom lift (Over 11m) (Preferred)
