We're proud to be delivering the full structural steel package for Xavier College Riverlea Park, working alongside builder Mossop on this exciting new development.

From detailed modelling in Tekla to fabrication and installation, everything is completed in-house by the Stevens Group team - ensuring precision, efficiency, and quality at every stage.

• 156 tonnes of structural steel
• Approx. 26-28 tonnes of cold rolled steel
• 20-23 weeks of drafting

Set to open in 2027, Xavier College Riverlea Park will initially welcome Reception to Year 6 students, growing into a full Year 12 campus over time.
