Back in 2013, we were searching along the coast for a seafront block of land to develop. We were fortunate to purchase a north-facing plot with no road in front at a mortgagee sale.
After settling, we eagerly developed a house plan to maximise the potential of this small300-square-metre property. Our goal was to capture the stunning views in all directions while prioritising the warmth of the northern sun.
Stevens Group has enabled this amazing design by interpreting the plans and engineering, and by working with us with meticulous attention to detail, providing a magnificent result.
Upon completion, this property will be available for inspection by appointment as a show home.
